When can I start?

You may start any personal training sesion as soon as you have had your GP check (usually at 6-8 weeks postnatally) and they have given you the okay to exercise.

I haven’t done any fitness/exercise before - do I need any previous knowledge or experience?

My session cater for all levels, so don’t worry if you’ve not done any training before! I will be there to support you. The exercises will be thoroughly explained and demonstrated so don’t worry if you don’t get everything right first time. Each session will be structured and personalised to support you and help you to achieve your fitness goals.

Have I left it too late to start a postnatal fitness programme?

It’s never too late to start exercising! whether you’ve just had a baby, are a couple of months into parenthood, or have a toddler and beyond, I will build a session to help you strengthen, tone and reach your fitness goals even if you have never had children.  

What if my baby cries during the session?

It’s normal for babies to cry at some point in the session! It’s absolutely your decision if you want to stop and comfort them and of course you can step aside to feed or change the baby whenever you need. I can always rock and hold the baby if needed. 

What should I wear?

You need to wear appropriate sports gear to session including trainers and a supportive sports bra. 

Do I need to Book?

Yes, This can be done via my website.  or by phone 07779594834. We will arrange a time and location that works for you. 

What if I need to rearrange or cancel a session?

Once you have made your booking, I send out a booking confirmation email with all my contact details on if you need to reschedule your session or cancel please just get in touch.

What do you need to bring?

  • An exercises Mat or towel

  • Lastly a returned health screening form (sent out with your first booking confirmation)

Can I come without a baby/Child?

Absolutely everyone is welcome, in fact you will be able to complete the entire session without the need to stop to tend to your child.
