2019 – first workout of the year
To embrace the new year, we are going to work our way through the months, with exercise routines starting with the appropriate letter. For example:
January: Jump SquatsFebruary: Frontal arm raises with alt side lungesMarch: Military presses .............
... and so, it continues for the 12 months.
We will do 2 repetitions, 20 reps followed by 19 reps - the theme being 2019. So, get a strong start to 2019 by coming to my classes.
