2020 The First Workout of the Year
To embrace the New Year, we are going to work our way through the months with exercises starting with the appropriate letter. For example.
· January: Jump Squats
· February: Frontal arm raises with Squats
· March: Military presses .............
... and so, it continues for the 12 months. We will do 2 sets of 20 reps for each - the theme being 2020. So, get a strong start to 2020 by coming to my classes. Welcome back and Happy New Year to all.
