Time is the indefinite continued progress of existence and events, and before time the future becomes the past. We either feel time goes too quickly, but for others, like in the early days of sleepless nights, those tiring days seem like an eternity.
This week all our workouts revolve around the main numbers of the clock 12 ,3, 6, 9, and using them in our workout.
Core Monday is on as usual. This is the Last Buggyfit session before a two-week break. We are back up and running from Monday 4th November.
You not here for a long time but it should be a good time and we can do a lot in 60 minutes!
