With the heat wave still going strong we are going to bring out the old exercise mat and reinstate it as one of the key pieces of equipment needed to achieve a full body workout.

Through incorporating the floor mat into your exercise routine, you can develop core strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

So, remember your Mat/towel/picnic blanket, and turn up to see me this week.
