Buggyfit's World Cup 2018
The 2018 FIFA world Cup is finally upon us, and we will be taking on a World Cup theme for the week.
We are not going to play an actual game nor will we get knocked out, but we will take on some football fitness drills with some speed, agility, endurance with a little goal scoring and of course we have to fit in our 100 lunges.
Represent your country and we will see who wins the buggyfit World Cup 2018! Also just a reminder to you all that Wednesday Regent's Park is for one week only going to move to 11am. All other session will run as normal.
Cardio Monday is about shuttle runs and a sleek and strong circuit and on Saturday's Parkmum we carry on the football madness.
