Diversification week - No-Squat, No-Lunge workout

Following on from our Buns of Steel from our August 100-squat challenge, and given I've pushed the squat and its fraternal twin the lunge in all my classes, I've planned this week all classes around other challenging exercises to keep classes fresh and exciting, and to ensure that you don't hit a workout plateau which is the danger of repeating the same activity.
