Game, Set, Match....

It’s that time of year again: Wimbledon starts on Monday, everyone will no doubt go tennis mad so we are going to join the party and workout with tennis balls and tennis inspired strengthening and agility moves. For a successful match, a tennis player needs a combination of strength, power and muscular endurance. Do not expect a racquet and net, but expect a good match.

Please note this is the last week before I take one week off to recover and try and get a little rest but as it is the start of the school holidays might be easier said than done!. Back up and running from Monday 15th July.
