Happy Thanksgiving Workout...
Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in Canada, the United States, some of the Caribbean Islands, and Liberia. It began as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest of the preceding year. It is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States every year, the 23rd November this year. Although Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, it has long been celebrated as a secular holiday as well. Thanksgiving is normally about turkey, yams and pumpkin pie.
I am thankful for my harvest, my family of three children and their father, even though the scars are on my body for life, especially on my stomach, boobs and nipples. They might have caused me to change my life, miss sleep and lose my temper numerous times but they are my world and I am always thankful that they are here, healthy and happy. That said, this week we are going to be thankful that our mummy bodies allow us to complete a total body workout in a manner that rejoices our motherhood.
Who is joining me this week? Cardio Monday is about shuttle runs and battle ropes. Parkmum on Saturday is a workout called Box on the Run.
