I Can't, but we Can
Finding the motivation to actually make it to buggyfit can be hard; nailing the last round of squats when you have done so many already and just want to give up. There is something to be said about the power of working out in a group. The thing I love about group classes is we are all in it together, and in buggyfit especially we help each other out, we all take turns rocking or holding the babies and sharing toys, rice cakes and advice, so each of us can get through the hour. We are in the same boat, all looking to feel better tomorrow than we did yesterday by fitting in exercise. With that in mind, this week every exercise will be in a team or with a partner.
Cardio Monday is about shuttle runs and Transverse Ladders. Parkmum is called "a question of fitness".
