Keep it Simple
Life is hectic enough and getting fit doesn't have to be complicated. Simple body weight exercises can be a great choice for achieving gains in strength, flexibility, and overall health and you can do them just about anywhere. Bodyweight exercises are strength training exercises that do not require free weights or equipment; the individual's own weight provides the resistance for the movement.
