Laughter is the Best Medicine
Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain. This mixed with the benefits of exercises who can ask for more!
This week I am going to play games to encourage laughter and exercise to bring on all the endorphins we need to replenish the daily drain of motherhood.
