As Mothers' Day is today, Happy Mother’s Day from Buggyfit. I hope everyone is being spoilt whether it is your first Mothers' Day or not.
This week we are going to complete a Motherhood circuit, which involves exercises to aid in our everyday lives. Also, this is the last session for two weeks due to the Easter Holidays, we will be back from the Wednesday the 24th April.
Cardio Monday is about shuttle runs and 3,2,1 workout. Parkmum Bootcamp is called Mum Bum.
