My Baby's Birthday Circuit Training...
As my youngest is turning three this week I am going to use his birthday as my inspiration for a little circuit training. His date of birth is 7-8-2015, so, 15 reps of each exercises with 7 stations and a little bonus (8) station, 3 times round.
