This week is all about the number 8. My eldest has turned 8 so to celebrate 8 years of motherhood for me this week everything is about 8. I will also have the magic 8 ball for some fortune telling fun!

Cardio Monday is about shuttle runs and a pilate ring workout. Parkmum snuggle is also the mystic 8 workout so please do let me know if you want to reserve a matt.
