No classes this week.
I am on holiday for two weeks so no Buggyfit or Parkmum session until Saturday 27th October for Parkmum and Monday 29th October for buggyfit.
Instead of my classes follow me on either my Facebook or Instagram pages for a daily 5-minute workout (Monday to Friday).
No equipment is needed except a few things you can find around your home.
If you want to do a 10-minute workout - repeat the same workout twice.
