Using nothing but a park bench or a picnic table, you can do a full-body workout featuring cardio and strength-training exercises. I might use a few add-on bits of equipment for added fun, but the bench will be the corner stone of our workout this week.
Cardio Monday will as always be about shuttle runs and battle ropes. Parkmum on Saturday is called Ladders.
Lastly do not forget to keep going on the September strength training challenge. Also, please bring friends along for free to their first session to be entered into the September competition.
