Pyramid Workout

It is wise to spend time trying to build a foundation for physical fitness gradually over time. To build a foundation, a good start is through a pyramid workout that is tailored to the ability of the person doing it through increasing or decreasing the intensity. The way pyramid training works is by starting off at a low intensity (the base) and climbing one more step (adding intensity) sequentially until you reach the top – then you descend back down the pyramid - it’s a great way of pushing your bodies.
