Sometimes the first step out the door is the hardest....
Occasionally in life we can get so overwhelmed with all the things we have to do, we don't make time for things we want to do. This can result in us not ending up being the people we would like to be. Taking time out for us can help us enjoy the journey more.
"It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a leap forward only to stumble backwards" old Chinese proverb.
So, to sum up do not rush straight back to running, take time to build strength and heal first do not cause additional damage to our bodies. With this in mind this week we will work on building strength, cardio and core strength.
Cardio Monday is all about shuttle runs and boxing, and Saturday Parkmum will be the killer Count Down 20-15-10 workout.
