The resistance band is one of the most effective tools in fitness and in many fitness programmes it is underutilised - but not in buggyfit. This inexpensive, lightweight portable device packs a punch for your workouts, forcing you to use different muscle groups and perform different ranges of motion than your body is used to. This week we are celebrating my go-to piece of kit, the resistance band, and every exercise will use it.
