UP UP AND AWAY, PARCHUTE MADNESS
This week we are going to include the babies by whipping out my multi-coloured parachute. This versatile parachute provides loads of fun for all. We can exercise our arms waving the parachute and of course get a few squats and lunges in too. All whilst we entertain the babies who will hopefully be loving the entertainment.
Cardio Monday is about shuttle runs and the mini band, and Saturday Parkmum is going to be called Killer Countdown.
