We are Not in this Alone
Following on from last week, we can help support each other in the battle that is motherhood. Training in a group is always a good motivator and makes you work that little bit harder. With this in our minds we are going to work together this week to get our goals. There will be some laughter and chat along the way but also expect a good workout.
Why ET you may ask: it was the first film I saw in the cinema, and I recently just re-watched it with the kids.

Lastly I forgot to announce the winner of The Great Buggyfit Squat Off 2019 with an impressive time of 8min 1sec the title goes to Laura from Highgate Woods Buggyfit!
Also I have been asked to run some buggyfit sessions in "Hyde Park Race for the Kids", in aid of Great Ormond Street hospital on Saturday 12th October: I will be set up in the Neverland tent if anyone fancies popping down and either joining one of the free sessions, or taking part in the 5km run, buggies are welcome and you do not even have to run.
