When Life Gets Tough Put On Your Boxing Gloves
Life can get frustrating at times and it’s not good for you to keep that anger and frustration built up inside. That’s why boxing is so great! You can take out your frustrations and get fit at the same time! Boxing will make your heart rate skyrocket and cause you to engage multiple muscle groups, whilst burning calories in a manner very few other activities can rival, and as buggyfit has been on holiday for two weeks we all (me included) need to get back on track with our fitness.
