Winter Olympics Games 2018 Inspired Workout...
With the 2018 Winter Olympics starting on Friday the 9th February in PyeongChang (Korea) I thought we would take some inspiration from the competing athletes and complete a little buggyfit version of the winter games. Exercises will alternate between training your core, legs, back and arms. No skates, snowboards, skis or slopes required!
Just a reminder that next week 12-16th February is half term so no classes for one week but back as normal from Monday 19th February (hence the winter Olympic games are coming slightly early).
Who is going to win gold, silver or bronze? Cardio Monday is about shuttle runs and the Winter Olympic circuit and Saturday Parkmum workout follows a similar theme.
