All fitness levels are welcome - Beginners, intermediate and advanced. The class will include a variety of cardio, core stability, strength, resistance and body weight exercises. This is a class without little ones, for some me time.
Classes have to booked due to current pandemic so please if you can no longer make it please try to cancel as soon as you can.
