60-min Face to Face Personal Training

 

£50 for the first session (60 minutes)

£55 for one-off Personal Training sessions (60 minutes)

£55-£100 Group Personal Training session: Max of 10 people (60 minutes) 

£240 for a block of 5 Personal Training sessions (5 hours)

£450 for a block of 10 Personal Training sessions (10 hours)

45-min Express Face to Face Personal Training 

£45 for the first session (45 minutes)

£50 for one-off Personal Training sessions (45 minutes)

£240 for a block of 6 Personal Training sessions (4.5 hours)

£450 for a block of 12 Personal Training sessions (9 hours)

45 Minute Virtual Training 

£40 for the first session (45 minutes)

£40 for one-off virtual training sessions (45 minutes)

£200 for a block of 6 virtual training session (4.5 hours)

£400 for a block of 12 virtual training session (9 hours)

30 Minute Virtual Training 

£30 for the first session (30 minutes)

£45 for one-off virtual training sessions (30 minutes)

£170 for a block of 6 virtual training session (3 hours)

£340 for a block of 12 virtual training session (6 hours)

Session Cancellation Policy and Booking:

48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.

Notice of less than 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.

 

Re-arranging a Session: 

At least 24 hrs. notice is required to re-arrange a session; this can only be done if I have the availability you need.  

If I am unable to re-arrange, the session would either need to be kept or be cancelled.

Long Term Absences - Injury, Illness, Pregnancy & Other - dealt with fairly and on an individual basis. Sessions can be used when you are well and able to do so again. If you are unable to return to the original or an amended version of the training program after an agreed period of time (6 months or more) the sessions may be transferred to another suitable person or a refunded.

If I cannot attend the session or have to cancel any session, the session will be fully refunded or rescheduled at a later date when possible and if agreed.

Personal Training sessions work best if we agree and commit to a time, date and frequency for the booking period, but if you do wish to change times it will be subject to availability.
